1. Payments from third parties are not accepted. The name of the sender payment account must match the name on registered stoneinno account.

2. You are advised to retain a copy of your transaction receipt as proof of transaction. The transaction receipt must be provided if requested by stoneinno Ltd as proof of the transaction.

3. stoneinno Ltd accepts fund transfers in local currency to USD only. You may be charge with fees for the conversion.

4. The sending bank, correspondent bank or payment provider may deduct a fee for processing a fund transfer. stoneinno Ltd applies 2% service fees to cover the payment providers processing fees and will deposit to your account the net amount after the fees.

5. The funds will be reflected in your account Wallet upon confirm of fund received. The processing time for deposit is generally within 1 hour (during regular working hours 8AM to 11PM GMT+8). Further delays are to be expected due to various external reasons, which are beyond stoneinno Ltd supervision.

6. The processing time for withdrawal is generally within 24 hour (during regular working day). Further delays are to be expected due to various external reasons, which are beyond stoneinno Ltd supervision.

7. The source of incoming of funds should be the same as the outgoing of funds. In this respect the withdrawal of the deposit can only be made to the same account from which its originally deposited.
